Francis has over 20 years of experience working in Hong Kong, China and Canada in financial management and marketing management mainly in the real estate and mortgage business.

Francis was a Mortgage Development Manager (Residential Mortgages) of Greater Vancouver of Scotiabank (2006-to 2007), the In-house Mortgage Advisor of Macdonald Realty Westmar Office (2007-2008) and a Mortgage Advisor of VERICO Complete Mortgage Services (2008 to 2009). Francis was invited to join Peet & Cowan, the Alternate Mortgage Partner of the TD Bank in 2009 and he is now one of the top Mortgage Advisors of Peet & Cowan in Western Canada.

 Francis is a Master of Business Administration of Hong Kong, a Certified Practising Accountant of Australia, a Chartered Arbitrator of United Kingdom, a Real Estate Administrator of Hong Kong and a Mortgage Sub-broker of Canada.

Francis can speak very good English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He was  a part-time University Lecturer of financial management of the University of Hong Kong and a Columnist of Real Estate & Mortgage Business of Vancouver for the bi-monthly Home Magazine of the SING TAO Daily Newspaper of Canada.

For community services, Francis is a Director of the Richmond Riding of the Conservative Party of Canada, a Director of the Richmond Addiction Services Society and a Director of the Greater Vancouver Citizenship Council.

Outside Canada, he is an International Specialist Advisor of the United Nations International Short Term Advisors Resource Program of the United Nations. In China, he is the Honorary Financial Advisor of the Chinese Books & Paintings Collectors Association in Beijing.

Francis was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong in the year 2001 for his contributions to the community as the Accountant Ambassador of Hong Kong from 1996 to 2001
