Christine Kline - President
I have been a member of the Board of Richmond Addiction Services Society since 2003. I served as Vice-President from 2004 to 2009 and as President since then.
I have a Master of Social Work Degree. Before retiring, I was a 30-year career public servant with the provincial government, holding a variety of senior management positions in health and social services. My experience included managing mental health services, addiction services, and child/youth/family services and ranged from community services to institutional programs, with budgets of up to $100,000,000 and 700 staff.
Currently, in addition to my important role as grandmother, and my work with RASS, I am actively involved in work with two other Boards.
