Shawkat is a graduate from Teacher College in Jerusalem and became school teacher for 6 years.

I am a Certified Management Accountant of BC, Canada and a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong.

Sandra Gebhardt -Director

Sandra Gebhardt has a 24 years of experience working in the Not for Profit sector; 15 years as Executive Director.

Mohinder Grewal - Director

Prior to immigrating to Canada in1977, Mohinder Grewal pursued a successful military career in Malaysia after graduating from the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, England.

Rick Dubras - Executive Director

Rick was promoted to the position of Executive Director of Richmond Addiction Services Society on May 28th 2010 after 3 successful and rewarding years working as the Coordinator and counsellor in the Youth and Family program for Richmond Addiction Services Society.
